Speaker:

Mr. Juma Al Kait, Assistant Undersecretary – Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Economy will discuss the UAE economy, sharing his insights on the current economic situation as well what can be expected in the near future. Moreover, he will touch upon current economic challenges and the newly implemented FDI laws. Last but not least he will touch upon how investors can use the UAE as a platform for investments in other countries.

Mr. Simon Ballard, Executive Director, Macro Strategist at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) will share his insights into the region and report on its growth prospects, as well as the risks for companies operating in its key markets. He will also sketch a global macro outlook thereby providing context to the MENA / GCC outlook.
