Corey Phelps, Ph.D.
Corey Phelps is an accomplished keynote speaker and corporate trainer and an award-winning business school professor. He is currently Associate Dean of Executive Education and Professor of Strategy at McGill University. Formerly a professor at HEC Paris and the University of Washington, he holds a PhD from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Corey’s book - Cracked It! How to solve big problems and sell solutions like top strategy consultants - was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2018. For over 20 years, he has researched different aspects of corporate growth and innovation and published over 20 papers in leading academic outlets, receiving several prestigious research awards along the way.
Corey has delivered keynote presentations, executive training programs and consulting engagements for over 70 organizations in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. His recent keynote speaking clients include Bank of America, E&Y Canada, L2/Gartner, Microsoft, Société Générale, and Wolters Kluwer. He teaches in the MBA, EMBA, PhD and executive programs at McGill. In recognition of his teaching excellence, he received the Pierre Vernimmen BNP Paribas Award at HEC Paris and undergraduate and MBA professor of the year awards at the University of Washington.
