Heading the AI, blockchain and fintech, Shayan also specializes in corporate and commercial laws including but not limited to cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring & asset management, joint ventures, PPP projects commercial agencies, real estate financing. Before his stint at Goodwins, Shayan was an In-house Counsel at Vedanta limited (India) a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources Limited (UK), where he gained diverse and valuable experience in corporate and commercial matters including maritime disputes, PPP projects and civil litigation.
