    Larry McClure, Senior Investment Officer, Embassy of Canada to the UAE. Larry joined the trade section in 2021 and has been in Abu Dhabi since 2016. Larry’s work supports UAE businesses seeking to capitalize on the benefits of investing in Canada by working as a trusted partner and advises on the opportunities available from municipal, provincial, and regional partners in Canada. Larry holds an MBA (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) from Warwick Business School, UK and is a candidate for a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at Aston Business School, UK specializing in Investment Strategy and Innovation.

    Stephen W. Green is one of the two Senior Partners at Green and Spiegel and is Certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by The Law Society of Ontario. Stephen has been practicing immigration law for 30 years and has extensive experience in all areas of Canadian immigration. Stephen has been identified for many years as a leading practitioner in immigration law. Stephen is considered a subject matter expert in the field, frequently asked to speak as a panelist, moderator and lecturer. 

    Stephen’s expertise includes all areas of Canadian immigration law, specializing in corporate employee transfers, federal skilled worker applications, investor applications, work permits, and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Stephen also leads the Investment and Entrepreneur Department at the firm, which assists experienced executives and high net worth individuals to invest in Canada to obtain Permanent Residence. She has published academic articles on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and has won international awards in teaching.
