Maple Leaf Ball: An Evening of Elegance and Connection

Abu Dhabi, UAE – November 9, 2024 –  past Saturday, we hosted our Annual Maple Leaf Ball—a night that brought together members, partners, and friends for an unforgettable celebration of community and camaraderie.

Held at the Shangri-La, the event featured vibrant live music from Lady J, who kept the crowd entertained and the dance floor lively throughout the evening. We were honoured to have H.E. Ambassador Kris Panday, our Chairman Brent Brough, and board member Faiza Usman deliver heartfelt speeches that highlighted the growth of our Canadian community here in the UAE. A special thank you to Peter Hastie for guiding us through the night with his engaging commentary and keeping the evening flowing seamlessly.

This year’s Maple Leaf Ball was a true celebration of the strength and unity within our community, and we are grateful to all who attended and made the evening a success. We look forward to seeing you at our future events, and we’re already counting down to next year’s ball!
